Ian Presents “Rock on Wednesday” from 18H00 – 21H00.
Having been a lover of music, particularly the rock, blues, jazz and fusion genres, for as long as I can remember, I started collecting vinyl at a young age, and am still adding to my collection today. My show, Rock on Wednesday, airs each week from 18:00 to 21:00 (CAT) and features hard rock, soft rock, blues rock, jazz rock and progressive rock, plus a little bit of metal. I play music from the 1960s through to current day. Each week I will try to introduce possibly unknown artists, particularly music that was never played on local radio, nor was it readily found in record shops. Through my show I hope to convert people who have been sceptical about the genre of rock and blues to real music played by real musicians on real instruments.
Michael aka “Turkey Man” Tymvios brings you the Rock Roadhouse
on Bulldogs Radio every Saturday Night between 6pm and 9pm.
He grew up in Johannesburg Suburbia in South Africa listening and bouncing to the sounds of the music scene in the 70’s and 80’s. He earned his keep as a teenager by djing by spinning the tunes with his mobile disco “Juke Box Junkies” and also djing at clubs as the resident
such as “70’S Fever” in the late 90’ as well as also pursuing his ambitions in playing professional soccer.
He later some- how in the midst of all the chaos of his enjoyment of the mandatory beer drinking as a student also managed to fit into his
dizzy schedule a Commerce Degree and a Law Degree. He has surpassed all his own expectations in succumbing and becoming a “responsible adult” when practicing as a qualified attorney for the past 20 years and yet never losing his passion for radio and music when his ambitions were realized in 2010 when he joined as a radio presenter a popular local and main stream community radio station in
Johannesburg known as Mix 93.8 FM, a journey that lasted 10 years, specializing in Rock Music. Michael has also over time developed a keen interest in hiking, scuba
diving, reading, meditation, spiritualism, the esoteric and he still today
continues to play soccer every week with his mates as an old veteran. He also travels the world at every opportunity when experiencing other world cultures and their music.
Michael focuses on playing classic rock, blues rock, blues and garage rock on his shows. He is a fan of old school rock played with “real” instruments, by “real” performers with “real” voices for “real” people. His favorite rock bands amongst others are Led Zeppelin, Ten Years
After, Hookfoot, Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, Lynryd Skynryd, Beth Hart, Lydia Pense & Cold Blood, Joe Bonamassa, Warren Haynes,
Gov Mule and many more.
So if you looking for trouble you have come to the right place on the Rock Road House. … Looooooooong Live Rock’n Roll!!

JB In The Morning
“Playing everything from Aerosmith to ZZ Top and keeping the Classic’s Classic.”
That’s how JB starts most of his shows. His humor with those occasional “rental lips” days and his
insatiable desire to learn and share the music, the bands, their facts and stories makes for an upbeat,
fun and informative “JB In The Morning” show. When he isn’t participating in his favorite pastimes (golf,
traveling and video games) he is spending a tremendous amount of time researching, developing and
airing his shows.
JB’s interest in music began as a kid with playing brass instruments and several other instruments and
that developed into being in several different bands throughout the years. After retiring from the
construction industry and several other businesses’, he started doing voiceovers. It just so happened an
owner of a radio station heard him and strongly suggested he start his own show and that is how “JB In
The Morning” was born.
For JB it’s all about Classic Rock that, without realizing it, you are rockin’ out right along with him. Other
music (other than country) is great too but Classic Rock is his passion.
“More Rock – Less Talk”
I am Mother and Nana. Favourite genre is ROCK…. classic, modern and hard rock

Rob Sas. Presents The Rob Sas Rock Show every Friday from 22h00 – midnight.
Born 1957 in England to Polish parents, Rob took up guitar aged 18 and soon found himself playing gigs with his original’s music band, often supporting bands like The Groundhogs, The Nashville Teens and other rock bands of the time at venues on the fringes of London. Rob split that band up after a few years but returned to live playing after concentrating on his recording studio projects for a while which gave birth to Bad Attitude in 1999, a commercial rock project in which Warner-Chappell took a keen interest, until the recession of the early 1990’s. The record company cut their new band roster, the band folded and so Rob immediately formed Burn, a Classic Rock covers band that played all over the UK for 20 years touring Denmark twice, during that time.
Rob is a veteran of the live music scene and has worked with a plethora of known name musicians over the years. He was a member of The John Coghlan Band headed by the legendary ex Status Quo drummer and Quatermas 2 headed by the equally legendary drummer Mick Underwood. In addition Rob has worked with names such as as Nic Simper (Deep Purple), Gary Barden (Michael Schenker), Mick Tucker (The Sweet), Paul Morris and Doogie White (both Rainbow & Yngwie Malmsteen), Danny Vaughn (Tyketto) and many, many more!
In 2012, Rob relocated to southern Spain where he quickly formed The Rob Sas Band playing Rock covers and worked with a Soul function band. In 2014, Rob formed Deeper Purple, a tribute to Deep Purple and has played some prestigious events and venues in Spain and the UK and touring with this band ever since. 2024 is the 10th anniversary year for Deeper Purple and they will be touring the UK extensively in April & May, followed by Spain and Germany.
Also in 2014, Rob started presenting The Rob Sas Rock Show on a small station in south Spain, soon moving to a larger local station as well as other stations around the world and is now a presenter on Bulldogs Radio! You can expect interviews with many name musicians, Classic Album shows and a mix of music from the birth of Rock music to new releases!
Rob plays Fender Stratocaster guitars and is endorsed by Planet Tone pickups!
